clone sid804 ford

Hi,
I want to clone a sid 804 of Ford.
I have a sid804 of citroen, i have change the eprom and flash of ecu Ford to ecu citroen. I have tested in the Car but don't start , the light immo blink.
What's the problem?
Please help me !

Look closely at the elements, I think there is a difference is in the gland.

Maybe content in MCU is different.

The mcu it?s the same.
The immo it?s in the eprom?
