200 -203 = 00 00 00 00
216 - 219 = 00 00 00 00
22A - 22D = 00 00 00 00
Please cut off pin 36 and 66 from ECU.

pick out the eeprom. try it without eeprom. when the car not started without eeprom you have another problem!!!! crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor poor conection or common rail pressure too low!!!
