TOYOTA SIENNA 2011 USA, lost all keys

I have a toyota sienna 2011, all keys have been lost, and there is no master key. How to program new keys to the car?

Proxy push to start or key tumbler? T-code pro should reset the immo. in 16minutes then you pull the key out. Need to put key in without turning and 50second later the light turns off and car will start. If you can communicate under type4 chip needed is 4d-67 if communicate under type 5 it will be a "g" chip key. Hope that helps (proxy style are reusable)
