Carmanscan VCI connecting problem

Hi there. I have a Carmanscan VCi and i can`t conect to the old KIA immo systems. As you know the old KIA fails to start and just need to reset the immo to match the ECU. Job for couple of minutes. But unfortunately i can`t established connection with immo boxes. The problem is with old KIA such as Sephia Shuma ,ShumaII, Sportage: the model with old 20 pin connector. Any sugestions?
