Dreambox 500 hd satfind

Hello I am new here so please be gentle ,I have purchased the DM 500hd for a motorhome and when I go to sat find it shuts down and I get a green screen I have the old 500s which when I go to sat find I can tune the aerial manually by using the TV so what I would like to know is does the 500hd have this ability or do I align the aerial with a different system Regards Beambounce

Have you tryed reinstalling the image or trying a different image that should help

I have same hardware, and same image.. Guess what Same Satfinder Green screen shut down & reboot fault! Bloody pissed off. It's so long since I set it up I'll have to relearn it. I may go for a new image though. Good luck fella.
