1L01M how to read with Xprog

Need advice from M8 of DK, its a MCU from MB Sprinter Temic immobox with hc908 mask 1L02M some locksmith damaged pins and bad solder, I decided to remove and installed on a board that comes with Xprog, tried to read most cases only AD AD others say device comunication error or silent device. How can change sec bytes in Xprog or if its possible to read it like im doing ( off circuit) Thanks in advance, cant find solution in others threads.

Its ETL programmer a OBD conect interface?. Its possible to unsecure with this sec bytes and Xprog?

tested on two cars, Vito 2004-6, 639 545 01 08 with 1L02M
