What is the name fiat original instruments? Works FiCom for programming and all the modules in the car?

until version 8.20 Fiat used the Actia Examiner Smart or Smart HD tool, from 8.20 onward they switched to WiTech tool.
MultiEcuScan software offers lots of features for just 50 euro, this soft can be used with a simple ELM327 and/or KKl interface.
I'm not familiar with Ficom but i think it is much more expensive than M.E.S.
