peugeot 607 bsi problem

Hi all,I have a big problem with old type 607 bsi with 93c66...I tryed to read it on circuit with xprog and after this car starts but wipers working all the time so I think that my dump get corrupted...I'd like to know what should I do know I need any help...P.S.I tryed to fill the dump with ff in order to recode with Planet But I didn't know what pin to use so I put back the original file but surprise car didn't start and no vin code...maybe processor have some kind of memory?Greatings!

Have you tried to turn ignition off and wait about 15 minutes and try to start again?

of course mate,I truyed almost all procedures described on net,besides I have 2 fault codes on bsi related to wipers relay(without code)but electricaly everything is just fine

Can you start car now? Try to disconnect the rain sensor if you have one!

have u got ppo??? If yes get the original pin and reset the bsi, program it as new part and voila..
