Peugeot 307 1.6 16v immo need

Hi erverybody and good afternoon, I have a problem with a 307 '2004 1.6 16v gasoline engine nfu

The ecu is a bosch me 7.4.4 0261206943

I need immo off becouse I changed bsi and now I can't program keys although I put the correct pin of virginized bsi but when I try to learn keys I can't.

Anybody has got a tested file?
