Immo data from vw micronas dash

Hi to evertbody i need your help.i have vw touran 170cv with ecu siemens ppd,and dash with micronas 3217+24lc32.
I have to change dash,i have already found an other dash with the same pcb and micro.
I have tried to exchange 24lc32 between 2 dash,but immobilizer still active.
Could you tell me wich is the easier way for clone dash.i have carprog clone,vag-com,vaspc and xprog.xprog way,reading dump from micro is the last way that i want to use.is there any possibility working with 24lc32 and diagnostic tool?

micronas uC are build in 2 versions MASK ROM (http://www.datasheetarchive.com/CDC3272G-datasheet.html) and FLASH ROM (http://www.datasheetarchive.com/CDC3217-datasheet.html) If in MASK ROM version it's used one ore maybe few encription key (know by tools developers) , in FLASH version it's used an unique encryption key for each car (IMMO data), that it's the reason for U can't clone it by change only EEPROM.
