Citroen xsara picasso bsi fault

Hello friends,i got here in my workshop an citroen xsara picasso 1.6 16v with NFV engine from year 2003 with the this fault.
Car engine runs ok but after a while interior ligths,dasboard,radio,windows,central lock stop working and if i disconnect blue plug an connect again everything works again for a while.i already put another bsi(new one) and the problem remains.anyone have a similar problem??

and one more thing if i let the car stop and ignition off for some time also,when i switch igintion on again,everything is off,radio,dask,central lock,windows all off.weird situation here!

but use a genuine one ive had new pattern ones giving the same fault.
