The car has to have drowned can not be blocked by the wheel, motor clip invisible, hanging bug in the central block of locking wheel!
Please help.
Can someone tell me how to remove the steering lock unit that rail bolted left-handed? Manual is written from the block can not be removed when the wheel zablokirovan.Da and whether to buy a rig unit with distinction and make it new?

I do not fully understand your English, but ....

Do not try to remove the steering lock while the lock is on. To remove the lock you must be able to turn the steering wheel.

If you try while the steering is locked you will not be able to remove the bolt (left handed) that attaches it to the column. Then you will try brute forse then you will trigger the anti tamper pin. You need experience before you try to remove in the locked possistion.
