I meant it to be PS2 Chip'er, but they wont let me have an apostrophe in a email address.

I don't always get time to reply to emails and there's so many other emails asking why they can't download and that they can't log in because they don't know their email or username (do they think I'm a mind reader) and just people asking cable related issues (which is not what the contactus option is for.

So I apologise for not getting back to you sooner. I've replied to your PM.
