Star error mercedes Slk230 R170

Hello everyone. I need to program a key in mercedes Slk230 R170 of the year 1999. the original key chip 7935 is damaged.

Can someone help me program the new key and new 7935 with the MB Carsoft 7.4 multiplexer or digimaster 3 ?.

Where is locate the units immo in this car?

Behind the cluster is the immo. Hc05 is the chip inside. Did the key go bad or did the system shut down. They do have problem with the relay (k55).
