Chrysler Voyager 2000 Obd ?

Hello,
I tried doing a Chrysler voyager 2000 today, with no luck.

With tacho, first the odo was going blank with both Sri and Cdd sides, then I fixed the wires in the cable according to the diagram, still didn't work.
Dsp3 can read, but comes up with unknown error while writing ?

I even tried boosting up the battery with another car, same result.

Is there any tool that can do this obd ? If not how to do it manually ? Bcu or dash ? And where to find bcu if its bcu.

You have to disconnect the battery for about
1 minutes to change mileage.If you do not want to change a BCU - is left over pedals.

I did disconnect battery too , after changing with dsp3, tacho just didn't give me the option to change , nothing worked

Have u tried with Chrysler OBD dongle I think it's 33?

Had this problem also a year ago, and try several ways
Then i don`t turn key complete but only to position 1, and it works !!
