Hi All,

I have been struggling with this one for a few days. I have managed to program keys using my CarProg in the past, but there seems to be no direct support for this ECU.

The story goes, the car was imported from Japan and when it arrived at the docks on our side some **** stole the ECU by cutting through the whole harness. I have so far managed to source replacement plugs and ECU (both used). Everything has been wired up nicely.

Anyways, I tried (with no luck) to add the keys using the 4Runner setting on the CarProg but no luck and 'that light' is still flashing. The 93C56 EEPROM was de-soldered from the ECU to be read with no errors. For your information the exact vehicle model number is GF-VZJ95W-GKPGK. The ECU part number is 89666-60630, the Denso part number is 275000-0803.

I am attaching the original dump HERE! (https://www.dropbox.com/s/9noguucrninbz0s/Original%2093C56%20Dump.bin) (ie. before I did anything).

I would like to add 2 'Master' keys, here are the codes:
- 6E F8 F5 05 00 00 00 00
- 3D 5A 2A 06 00 00 00 00

Any help would be highly appreciated, thank to all who have the time to help!

Sorry, I understand the ID67 part. But I am confused by the rest. How do I get TIRIS data? And what is 'page1=32 or 52'?

Are you sure it's a 4D that must be used, not 4C?

Thanks for your help!

synchro if the car doesnt start straight up because the file you posted wasnt the original file but someone tried to vigin it without success so the sync data maynot be right until you sync it
