can you please tell me how i do this...i was under the impression that if the limiter was adjusted there was no way to get the limiter removed diagnostically.

Login with 12233 on engine and check where is speed limit on adaptation channels:07 or 18

you can also read the eeprom after you do it so ;) we can see where it changed ...
must be a value like 8600 in eeprom ...
