Peugeot 206 2.0HDI BOSCH EDC15C2 Pin program

Hi
I have a Peugeot 206 year 2000 with old BOSCH EDC15C2 (one Plug ECU)
ECU have a memory fault.
I have another spare working ECU with same numbers and I like to program PIN in to the memory.
here is dump and I need to program PIN: 97T1
All calculators I have not working with this ECU:
my calculators support only 3 plug ECU
memory 5P08C3
ECU - BOSCH

hi ....i think the better solution is virgin the ecu memory, and after reprogram with the scanner

Is this is FLASH for immo off?

Maybe immo off will be easy and good idea.
where is immo in this ecu
3 plugs ECU have in the flash and this one?
eeprom only?

I am looking to program Pin in to the ECU or if no possible then working immo off file.
file you send me is to big to program in to the eeprom memory.
is this is a flash dump?
