2012 NISSAN QUEST 98820-1JA1A

nissan QUEST 2012 98820-1JA1A EEPROM 95128 BEFORE clearing this BOSCH unit WAS code B1210 ...after i clear this unit...got code B1809 SEAT BEALT I disconnect may thing still reading that code. no responding ..but unit sometimes connect to scantool....and sometimes says no communication...i removed the eeprom..all ok..i replaced dump form a good one before.. all .ok.
aafter a few starts got code B1239... AND SOME times no comunication....MY QUESTION IS THIS UNIT goes bad IC 40063 or 40067..please any idea. first time got this problem....

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK SELF-DIAG RESULT
With CONSULT


Turn ignition switch ON.
Perform "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "AIR BAG" using CONSULT. Without CONSULT



Turn ignition switch ON.
Check the air bag warning lamp status
