I have a card of a Megane if I replace the PCF7647AT becomes a virgin? then can I configure it with the CLIP?

You must have an old clip version to be able to program it like V96 and pincod

You must replace the PCF7657AT with a precoded ID46 chip and after that you can use a pre-v96 CAN-Clip or DDT2000 programm configuration with PIN code of the car.
First precode ID46 ( if not bought precoded ) and after that programm it with PIN code .
