lexia3 activation

i have been trying to activate my lexia3 (china clone) but it just comes up with the same error it goes all the way through to the end and then just comes up with error code 11 the instructions they sent are different from the files on the cd can anyone help ive mailed them but i might just as well bang my head against the wall

hi looly no the screen does not show version no only the first part of it (pp2) i have tried various screensizes but cant get it to show.

correctly soft version:pp2000-22 , pp2000-23 , pp2000-24
not so good: pp2000-22.14 , pp2000-24.99
probably made a mistake in

ive got the citroen lexia3 to work first time there has to be some numbers wrong somewhere (i noticed the chinese have hacked some of scarymistake,s software lol)

ok i still dont have pp2000 working in the setup disc i find in a text file (version is 09b/21.12) but even then it does not recognise version 21 i also tried cutomer code 001 ch001 and ch0001 still nothing same error 11
