hello all, im a total noob to receivers and im in way over my head! lol
i have just bought a vu+ duo from world of sat, it has the vix image and kernel 3.1.1
i have it all hooked up to my tv and i can see the fta channels, my problems start when i loaded my ccam onto the box, i downloaded the ccam.2.3.0 and have it enabled at start up, although my options of the coloured buttons are red=close, yellow=restart, green=stop, blue=disable startup, sometimes when i press something i get a message pop-up sayin 'no config files found, please set up ccam in /etc/ccam/cfg'
i have had my cline sent through and pressed F4 on my flashFXP to set it up. this is everything i have done and as i say i only get the fta channels, i also get a message pop up every 10 mins or so which says

'softcamcheck error [failure instance:traceback: <type'exceptins.ioerror [errno 2] no such file or directory'/etc/ccam.cfg'

i think ive given you as much as i know, hope someone can make sense of it, i appreciate any help yous can give me, thanks.

The problem you have is we can't talk about what you want.
Go to the world of sat forum, the info is there.

You need to copy a config file CCcam.cfg which has your line details in it to the /etc folder on the box.
