Samsung Galaxy S3 Stolen

Hello guys, some weeks ago 2 guys with a gun stole my galaxy s3 but I dont have on my GPS or downloaded some app for that, somebody knows a way to try to find out the location of my phone or something similar? I will be appreciated :tee:

ur spos to ring the police and even more so if u held up at gun point
and also ur spos to cancel ur phone with ur network provider so they can deactivate the phone making it a brick
