VVDI include 3 parts: ImmoPlus, VAG Commander software, Tag Key Tool function.
ImmoPlus supports prepare delaer key for VAG new cars. Such as VW 4th/5th immobilizer. Even the car lost all working key ro with keyless.
VAG Commander Software can do diagonistics for VAG cars. Also change KM, read PIN, learning key etc.
Tag Key Tool is used for chipset read/write. Make key with eeprom dump file etc.

12.Learn remote function to BCM.
13.Support VW/Audi Fifth Immobilizer(A6L(2012-), A4L/Q5/A5(2009-), Touareg(2011-), Phaeton(2011-),etc). Read BCM2 data from OBDII or by BDM Plugin. Prepare dealer key, learn key etc.(You need buy Fifth BDM plugin extra).

1.Diag your cars, read/write dtc etc.
2.Change KM for old types can instrument and Kline instrument.
3.Read PIN and find 6 component security bytes from ECU
4.VAG Key Prepare and Learning for all old type cars.

Thank you eprommazza but i figure out where is the problem. It was problem in power supply and interface could not get it over cable connector. I found bad soldering point inside and i resolder it again and now is all ok. ;)

Hello, I've done update and also it doesn't work on WIN7 x86, but when I use VVDI 12.1-8 on XP it works OK. I've also tried run on WIN7 in XP SP3 mode, but also the same error. Is it possible to fix it? Best regards.

After looking into this, I don't think vvdi can fix the DEF problem. Vag commander is used to fix the problem and it came out after version 8.6. They would have to implement it in the immo plus software if they wanted to add it.

MK60EC1 Long coding ABS might lost cooding when you reset Cluster on the car (when is no connection), that is why is better to take it out from car and do what you have to do.
Of course you can do Autoscan and keep long coding, or use options in VVD

RESET is like REBOOT
Up to V13 VVDI make RESET cluster after millage change, or eeprom read / write automatic .
When you working on V13, you have to do this manualy.
After you do a "job" , cluster is still ON and working w/o any changes unsless you press RESET CLUSTER.

I wonder why they changed it from auto to manual? I assume you only have to do this after a correction, not after making keys. ImmoPlus software has come a long way but like I said, it needs a manual like every other tool.

If it doesnt work, if COIL is not power-up, disable internal WEB Camera in your PC and is working.

hello, i have one ORG old AVDI, 8.6 version too. but it is org, and was lost for some time, but still working, AVDI asks 300e for update, is there a way to update it to VVDI or simmilar as i have not had many auth in my org device. many thanks :)

If all VVDI customers want IMMO PLUS V16 to work,need to upgrade with COMMANDER UPDATER 1.3 to read own VVDI serial number and an upgrade file *.vuf
If owner baught vvdi more than one year ago ,they ask about 30 euro for upgrade file and if less than one year it's free
I think taht each upgrade file works only with one vvdi serial number like digiprog update file
Here what told me seller when I asked what V16 has more than 13.6 version:

V16.0 Upgrade Instructions
1 This version will be upgraded antenna upgrade after 48 chips for electronic identification more accurate, run the software when you connect the antenna coil. Did not upgrade the antenna will not be used in 8.6 above
(2) add more automatic vehicle identification, the bug can not be diagnosed partial CDC32XX
3 This version needs to be upgraded in order to run the latest version of firmware

I already update my VVDI unit but when I open IMMOPLUS V16 say that I need to update my programmer, I say yes to update it but after 5 seconds program show "update programmer failed" and antenna doesnt work with immoplus or Commander 8.6
My VVDI serial number is 00001510

EDIT: I flash old firmware again and now works like before update, maybe immo 5 antenna is needed with this version?

Need to log the startup (usb/vvdi) and emulate the vvdi with a loader so you can use it with dumps(be simplist hack). Friend has one but getting weird want to use my equipment but not other way. Did it with version 5.5 but unpacking early version was easy. It sucks I have soft that covers most but leaves gaps

It's not only your problem :)
A lot of people also have problems with update coil. After update vvdi to v16, and start v16 software, it also not recognize coil and not start update tag coil programmer. Tag coil is standart (not 5th generation) which was with purchased vvdi.
Not matter when it buyed, has new and old purchased, all not update coil. Think is sw problem or windows problem.

I managed to get it sorted.

How you guys getting on with VVDI, I've had it since feb I think I was using immo plus 12.5 or something of the sort.

For the Volkswagen/seat 07+ seems to work perfectly fine. For the Audi A3, 2008 I haven't got non to work, I have one parked outside not even with the latest immo plus if it works. Also got smelecom tool that can do audi a3 with 1 current key can't do with all lost keys.

Anyone used it for Toureag, Q7 or even Audi A5?
