Golf 3 Tacho needle flickering

Hi,
Golf mk3 speedo is no go and techo needle bounces at 0rpm. I stripped and found no obvious defects with the pointer motors. Any ideas?

This is VDO cluster, the best is to replace the motor, the same is in many other VDO clusters, if you have some damaged clusters may try to find the same motor, repairing is not good solution, it is hard to do it and it is a matter of time to have problems again with him...

is the speedo pointer working?
it could mean that Tacho motor or speedo motor is broken. If one is broken, neither of them work.
