vectra c dump pin code help

hi could some one look at this pin file and tell me what the pin is some one has gave 8789 but doesnt seem to accept this

would there be any reason why its not accepting it i have a put an replace the ecu and its suppose to be unlocked then i thought maybe it timed out but im after leaving it now for 24 hours with battery disconnected but still no joy here is the error codes op com is giving me
