Hi all
Citroen edc15c2 0291010815 i read it with galletto and put anthoer flassh with number 0290010889 all go well after it finsish, i tryied to read ecu data and it give me error01 cant see the data,i think flash locked if so what can i do ?

You can boot the ECU and restore.

thanks bu you mean like i boot the ecu when i out new flash ? if soo i tryied it already (how to boot )

I think u will need to desolder the 29f400 and either reprogram directly (if u have a programmer) or replace with another used one and flash via obd again.

Boot mode is pin 24 to ground. before writting.

But MPPS can enter boot mode and write by trying the different speed options. No need to desolder etc..

i would try the above...ecu off the car...weird up on the bench then try mpps recovers mode---slow speed.

Assuming that the guy has mpps! He said that he used galletto to do the job so he may not have mpps.

could someone explain how to enter boot/write an edc15c2(3 plug)on bench,with mmps?i have never done before,only desolder and programming by programmer.

Best with desolder flash byt here you are.
On mpps obd plug
pin 7 k line
pin 5 ground
pin 16 (+12v)

check twice good luck

if i'm right understand,there are not need extra power?just from mmps?

it need extra power,without make not sense.mmps use the 12v from car side.so ecu must be feed with 12v.

Galletto and Mpps can do repair in to boot mode.

1. Flash pin 24 to GND
2. Give feeding
3. Read ID
4. Write original.

I use switch. Solder swich wirings. 1st to GND, 2nd to 24 pin. And ECU is on the car.

i manage to read/write flash with mmps on bench,pretty easy.it went without problem,very fast.
