Theme,Website to populate with inventory parts? (i need for all makes and models)

i have my friend,and he has thousands and thousands of auto body parts,and some engine parts,and he just figure that he needs to organize everything ,now!, o brother, and he ask me if a theme or website exists that is populate with all cars,and makes,years ,from and to" all parts under that specific car,so only for him to add , a inventory to that specific car model,

does anyone knows if something like this exists to buy?
