2012 Honda Ballade (OBD)

Need to program keys to vehicle , Agents remove a fuse or relay, OBD not having power. Any body had a problem like this before. When fuse \ relay is removed no OBD or ,central locking or interior light is working all on the same line. Any help..Thank you.

yes, i had with a ford eco sport, but with me i removed the cable from energy , and wait 1 hour , and after i put sbb with energy from dc 9v , and was easy add a key.

I know for shure it you flash a honda him with 2.027 it does 2012. But thats the end of that device. Sbb does civic early 2013. Buy the clone not that says hds not a 600. There done.
