can you mirror and iphone 5 to apple tv2

does anyone know wether you can mirror a iphone5 on ios6 to a jaibroken apple tv2
just bought the gta vice city app and though it would be cool if you could mirror it onto bigger screen

or can you do it with a apple tv 3 which isnt jailbroken

Youu can do it with both :)

True it can be done but mirroring is slow and stutters on apple tv. Better to do it via a standalone cable.

I do this frequently on non jail broken iPhone 5 and recent Apple TV. Mirroring is good for applications that do not allow normal AirPlay.

To use the apple cable, do I have to pull the unit and plug the comp plugs into its back? Or can it just plug into the end of a straight USB cable?
