STAR C3 2012-09 do SCN Coding offline

How working 2012-09 programmer do SCN coding offline ?
Mine mb star c3 scanner could do scn coding offline with 11-05 software .but wont's working with newer 2012-09 .
any cracked file will work out it ?

You do not need an MB license get SCN code. I understand that while in developer mode you can put module in write mode to make changes or new.

How were you able to use 05_2011 to acquire a SCN code without access to the MB server.
