dddl dpf reset error

has any1 solved the error that we get when we go to reset ash counter level in dddl ' cpc negitive response'

when you liences program level both level 3 and also make 365 day or shorter and it will work good

now i get code spn 247 fmi 14 active ( ACM mileage lower than cpc)?

any 1 else get this code?

i did this with ddrs 7.09 ( is that my problem)?
