W210 EIS problem

I have a problem with MB W210 EIS, after applying some heat to the board and testing in the car the EIS works fine and car starts, but when cold it doesn't work...

Any ideas?

You can resolder 2 mcu and search for another bad solder or you can read both MCU and write in another EZS from scrap.

I think its bad solder as you said, I have already swapped it but will try to fix this one tomorrow.
