i paid over 500 euro to get this tool and i try to read eeprom it says ''you must buy this function'' and try to write says again ''you must buy this function '' traying to call my dealer no answer i sent mail to smok no reply ...

What is a reasaon to put small picture here ?
Nobody will even know what kind of softare it is.
Also nothing in title etc. Just "you must buy...." , poor.

When you get interface you need to send ID number by email and then you get ACTIVATION for your interface .
Don t worry you will get ACTIVATION :-)

When you get activation cod in "second window" (tools) you have "SET LICENSE" :wink: enter number and job is done . Your interface is activate .

Who did hou contact smok.pl or smok_carservice its a big difference smok.pl never answering carservice always answering first is a reseller carservice is the producer.

I got my Motorola programer form smok.pl, and before I got it , he answer at least 10 times to me on my questions. Also when programer came, it came activated.
Never had problem to get hold of him, sometimes takes day or two to get answer back, but I do understand that because I am not only one in the world he needs to answer.
