Renault EDC 16 ECU Question

Hi guys,
I have a renault scenic in that has ecu issues P0606 CPU integrity fault. I have a full bdm read from it but I can't find another ecu with matching part numbers. It's an edc16 0281 012 589. Can I use any other edc 16 units and reprogram with my orig bdm read? Or will this not work? Thanks lee
