Help making a w220 with a bosch 2.0 hc11 virgin

I have removed and read chip off original and attached.
From a donor ECU I removed chip clear/wrote with original file from original ECU. DAS says its interlocked??

I'm using xprog anyone familiar doing this chip with xprog?
