i have a ECM for a forden truck ecm part number 149-60-20 when i hook up software it show no data receive does that mean ecm dead?

Hi m8
It is possible that your ECM has failed but before you condemn it verify that it is receiving all the required power supplies from the truck wiring and tht your data link circuitry is sound.

I did try another ECM and it work so i guess it has failed
