subaru outback immo pin

Hello, could anyone help program the Subaru outback key? i can have SSM3 for some time. have tango. i need pin for SSM3 to program the immo. i think the dash dump is bad, if i program a new key with tango, the light on dash stays on, and car will not crank, if i turn the dash off, the car starts and stalles after a few second. could anyone help? many thanks :)
