Apparently Usa, Canada and Mexico have drawn up a plan to create a North American Union with a single currency along the same lines as the European Union. this would make the American constitution obsolete.
This is theorised to be another step towards the eventual creation of a single world government.

financiers are thinking that if the dollar bottoms out the unions new currency the amero can be used to stabilise the drop out after taking the rest of the world down with it
