What is the procedure?

I adjust km in Kienzle and automatically adjusts the dash?

I have to adjust in the two sites?

I don't recommend you to touch that tachograph with smartcards ....

can the tachos be ajusted with smart cards ?

Unless you have an official tacho tool .. I don't think they can :)
