How can i read microchip pic16f914 and which programmer i use???

Use universal programmer like Wellon VP390, SmartPro X8, EasyPro 80B, Top2009, ChipMax2, etc.
Mine use SmartPro X8 to r/w Michrochip MCU.

If mcu locked you can not read the data.
Need to crack security protection to get dump.
