Immo Off Polo 1.0 '96

Hello.
I need some help with immo off .
Ecu is Bosch 0 261 203 744-745 with eprom 27c512.
Immo box Siemens 1H0 953 257 B 5WK 4678 with mcu motorola mask 0F10V.
I have tried immo off in ecu 27c512 but car is not starting.
I have tried to read eeprom from motorola in immo box , motorola is booting but when i try to read eeprom i get this message " Communication error, reboot MCU"
Maybe mcu is protected?
Any other solution? I attach original dump of ECU and the one modified with immo off.

Thanks to everybody.
Immo off from ECU was ok , but before me, somebody changed the ignition coil with new one, and that was bad (no spark) .
