i believe after 3.10 the ps3 was locked

I need it flashed to firmware 3.55 seamouse. It's on 4.30 :( If anyone can help or can recommend someone I'd be very grateful. Viv@!

first of all, how new is your PS 3, as they can not be downgraded past the firmware version they shipped with.

then they need to be downgraded either with an e3 flasher or prog skeet.
