Hi all,
which equipment is able to read/write Ford (2010) 0281014989 EDC16C34?
But this is not standard EDC16c34! Normally is in EDC16c34 MPC-processor (MPC562). And this new version has SC667034-processor.

Thanks
P.

Yes, and this is what i mean. This EDC16C34 has processor Motorola SC667034MZP56 and flash Spansion S29CD016J0PQAM11 (see post #1).
Can you confirm, if this ECU can be read/write by FGTech2 (BDM)?

i cant, becouse i not have FGTech,i use other tools :) but you can ask FGTech support if will be ok or no!if you use clone tool, better not touch this ecu and send client to other tuner that can do this :)

is there someone, who can 100% confirm, which equipment is able to read/write this ECU (by BDM or Boot mode)? Something like FGTech2 or K-Tag?

Many thanks in advance

Why so panic. This is usual ECU. In witch car is it in?

FGT2 is working this ECU 100%.

You can also read with MPPS but I have bad experience on Ford vehicles. MPPS can brick the ECU during writing.

The best way is always BDM readout, you can brick the ECU even with best flashing tools, its happening also.

Just don't panic. ;)

I'm easy ... no panic ;)
It's Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCi MY 2010 - 0281014989

I want to buy new equipment to read/write ECU (by BDM or boot mode) ... something like FGTech or K-TAG and i'm not sure, which equipment can read/write this ECU.

I see your problem now.

I have worked only with normal EDC16c34 (MPC562) with Fgt2.

Otherwise try Fgt2 first its 90USD investment and you can still resell if is not good for you.

Usually this ford ecu is from mid 2009 till 2011... and I found it goes by BDM only.
