Best VW scanner to do it all

I`m looking for VW scanner tool which can do all kind of security modules replacement and key programming. Another bonus would be ability to program modules. I was thinking about Autologic. Can anybody give me some other ideas what would work the best for the money?

You can`t get the PIN # if You are not connected to VW factory server.

autologic is good and i would not fault it on vag but probrably the best tool for vag is abrites avdi its second to none for what you are looking for
