Is there any proove of an existing 1:1 copy of the GM MDI?

It was offered for 900USD.
I do not talk about the copies with SPS K-Line support only.
Or without any SPS support.

I am talking about firmware upgrades and origional MDI Manager
software.
And about unique firmware serials.
