Problem with flash write VOLVO C30 mask 3L16Y

I have a problem with the flash write dash Volvo c30 - motorola mask 3l16y. Flash stores only in 25% of the X-prog and ETL. I have two of the same dash's, and any problem with the record.

At the moment, XPROG can not cope with 3L16Y. During the verification error by 26% and the processor becomes blocked. Bad addressing, error in the software Xprog. This processor must be programmed to another device.
