ISUZU RODEO NEED TO CHANGE I-TECH MODULE

I have an isuzu rodeo and i need to change the module in the pictures,i have broken the old unit open and it has eeprom 93c46 inside.
Now i want to know if it is possible to read the eprom from the ecu pins without breaking it open? The how and what programmer is the info i need.
