Golf Mk5 MED9.1 immo off help

Hi all,

I have a MED9.1 ECU in water, cannot BDM read anymore. i guess only EEPROM survived.

Please help me immo off second hand used ECU.

Attached is the BDM dump and pic of second hand used ecu.

Any other solutions are welcome !

if the bypass is not working, you can adapt a second hand MED9 to the car using AVDI

You also can use vcds, adapt it by channel 50

It can , car is 2005. Cars till 06-2006 can be adopted with VCDS.

The conclusion is - if channel 50 is available, adapt on channel 50 with any tool (e.g. VCDS)
If not - adapt by AVDI (I don't know whether other tool can do it)
All this only if the Immo OFF is not succesfull.

Ok, i will try first the immo off solution then try adapt with VCDS.

I dont have AVDI.

Car is far away though, will report result once tried.
