Analogic signal to digital car tv

Hello what i need to do to convert the analogic signal to digital.
In this case is a mercedes E 2004
In my country the analogic signal is convert in digital and the tvs can't catch anything.

Digital tv receiver plugged into nav screen had one on my x5 worked a treat but buy a good one with front and rear aerials but still comes in and out of signal
